Dear fellow tumblinas,

Tumblinas began with the idea of building a space within tumblr for women to  be collaborative with their fellow tumblr friends.

It has evolved into a somewhat self-sustaining entity and I couldn’t be more proud of the growth, process, and that all of you have chosen to be a part of it. It has gone in so many directions I never thought it would and has taken on a mind of its own, evolving in ways I never imagined.

It has grown so much that I feel as though it is time for a new tumblina to take the reigns.

I am starting many new chapters (so cliche, I know) in my life this spring and I feel like I don’t have the time to give tumblinas the proper leadership that it deserves. I still look forward to participating in the group (of course!), I just don’t want to hold up membership requests and keep people waiting for days to replies to email. I’m sure someone can do a far better job than I have been doing.
