The importance of evenly applying sunscreen.

I love the sun. I grew up running around my backyard, usually half naked and not worrying about getting sunburned. I am also half Italian and some Mexican, so even when I do spend time in the sun, I immediately tan.

It’s only the first weekend in May, but it’s been in and out of the 80’s for the last month. Ahh, Texas.

I laid out by the pool at my apartment today for a couple of hours and read some magazines. I even put on sunscreen. After running some errands and coming back to shower, I noticed my left shoulder and a large patch on my left thigh are beat red. I guess I missed a few spots…

I tend to underestimate the Texas sun. We are closer to the equator, ya know.
