to kill a mockingbird

i’m living the hell of the mockingbird scene from ‘failure to launch.’ it was one thing to have a mockingbird sing the sweet tune of car alarms from midnight to 5 a.m. when i was living in north carolina. it should be against the law for them to do that in philly. who even knew there were mockingbirds here. i love the book ‘to kill a mockingbird’ but i must say - it’s a good thing i don’t have a pet cat because last night i would have been really tempted to toss it into the tree outside my window and let it have some fun with that damn bird.
