turn that frown upside down

sometimes i run into a grouchy day (like today)…and who doesn’t? but i stopped and reviewed my life for a second. i’m healthy, i’m employed, i have fun neighbors and great friends. sure, i haven’t met everything i am seeking in life, but i’m not supposed to yet. i’m still a young adult and there is much more time to be lived. i thought about people who have lost a friend or family member, people who are struggling to meet their daily needs and anyone else who might be at a loss for something important in life. then i changed my ‘tude and went on with the day.
