manhattan roommate needed!

hi there.

today one of my roommates told me she would be moving to brooklyn. i need to find a kickass roommate as soon as possible.

here are the details:
- $990 for rent— includes: heat, air, water, power (does not include cable)
- roomshare with my other kickass roommate, lauren
- Stuyvesant Town (20th Street and around Avenue B)
- recently remodeled kitchen (granite countertops, gas stove)
- recently remodeled bathroom (three vanity cabinets)
- your own closet(!!) plus room in a storage closet (!!!)
- move in august 1st or soon after
- two super cool roommates (me + lauren)

i work at an entertainment branding (marketing/pr/advertising, etc) company and lauren is currently working freelance production jobs.

we work hard and play hard. we love live music and long walks on the beach. we also love cooking and are self-proclaimed great cooks.
