Cosmetic Organizer

Would any of you recommend one?  I use Bare Minerals, have tons of gloss and some mascara and I’m looking for a cute organizer for my desk/vanity in the new apt(!)

PS:  the pic is to give you an idea of what I’m looking for…it’s a bit too old school for me.
